INFORMATION WE COLLECT When you create an account and use FTA Social Media, we may collect: - Account Information: Your email address and password (stored securely via our authentication provider) - Business Profile Data: Business name, industry, target audience, brand personality, and other details you provide to generate your social media setup kit - Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe and the Apple App Store. We do not store your credit card details directly. Stripe's and Apple's privacy policies govern payment data handling. - Usage Data: Basic app usage information (sign-ins, feature interactions) used to maintain and improve our services HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION - To create and manage your account - To generate your personalized social media setup kit and content - To process payments and manage subscriptions - To provide customer support - To improve and maintain our services DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY Your data is stored securely using Supabase, an enterprise-grade database platform. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES We use the following third-party services: - Supabase: Authentication and database hosting - Stripe: Payment processing (website) - Apple: In-app purchase processing (iOS app) These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data. DATA SHARING We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the third-party services listed above as necessary to provide our services. YOUR RIGHTS You have the right to: - Access your personal data through your account profile - Update or correct your information at any time - Delete your account and all associated data directly from the app — open the FTA Portal app, go to Profile, and tap "Delete Account." On the web, sign in to the portal, go to Profile, and use the Delete Account option. Deletion is permanent and immediate. - Export your generated content SUBSCRIPTIONS FTA Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or directly through Stripe on our website. For App Store purchases: - Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase - Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period - You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings, or from within the app via Profile → Manage Subscription CHILDREN'S PRIVACY Our services are not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy within the app or on our website.
